Supports sales teams in customer meetings, builds customer relationships, and applies knowledge of protection and control relays, digital solutions, and power systems to create competitive proposals.

Leads district-wide sales growth across South Texas by identifying market opportunities, expanding project visibility, managing strategic pipelines, developing growth plans, and improving distributor and agency performance. The role coaches channel partners, coordinates cross-functional teams, advances major opportunities, and drives demand, market share, and sales effectiveness across Houston, Central and South Texas, and Beaumont.

Leads ABB’s international business transformation roadmap across regions, business lines, and functions. Responsibilities include operating-model redesign, transformation portfolio governance, cross-functional integration, executive stakeholder alignment, change leadership, risk escalation, and continuous improvement. The role establishes scalable processes, technology, governance, and organizational capabilities to support international growth, acquisitions, and the Stabilize-Optimize-Scale strategy. Approximately 30–40% international travel is required.
