Manage a high-volume portfolio of recruiting requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, and support construction and subcontractor-related hiring. Maintain strong candidate communication, track recruiting progress through data and reporting, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team.

Oversee safe energization and isolation activities during data center construction commissioning. Manage electrical room access, LOTO programs, inspections, audits, permits, and safety meetings. Review commissioning plans and quality reports, interpret electrical line drawings, verify compliance across AC and DC systems, and provide expert guidance on energy isolation. Serve as the authority to stop unsafe work while supporting continuous improvement and communicating technical requirements to diverse teams.

Supports marketing and business development through proposal development, capture planning, research, persuasive writing, editing, page layout, graphics, presentations, and collateral creation. Maintains qualifications, project descriptions, resumes, and marketing information in internal systems. Collaborates with pursuit, business development, communications, and creative teams while ensuring brand and quality standards. The role also contributes to marketing plans, client research, action tracking, and continuous improvement of proposal processes.
