Leads ABC Fitness’s acquisition integration strategy and execution from pre-close planning through full integration. Builds the integration playbook, governance model, tooling, scorecards, and repeatable operating framework. Partners with Corporate Development and functional executives to assess risks, define workstreams, ensure Day 1 readiness, migrate platforms, protect employee and customer retention, and report progress. Requires extensive post-close integration experience in SaaS or technology companies and leadership across multiple acquisitions.

Serve as a Workday Financials subject matter expert supporting production issues, implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, reporting, dashboards, integrations, security roles, and finance processes. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver Workday solutions. Maintain Prism datasets and analytics, support close activities, troubleshoot integrations, test releases, and provide documentation, training, and end-user support.

Generate new SMB business through outbound prospecting, tailored product demonstrations, pipeline management, forecasting, and efficient sales-cycle execution. The Account Executive will manage a high volume of opportunities in Salesforce, achieve recurring bookings targets, collaborate with Customer Success on onboarding, and use AI tools to improve prospecting and outreach in a remote, fast-paced SaaS environment.
