Lead and mentor AI engineers and data scientists to research, prototype, and productionize scalable AI/ML solutions (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, generative AI). Own MLOps, cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP), ethical AI governance, model monitoring/versioning, and cross-functional deployment to meet business objectives.

Lead enterprise Test & Balance business driving profitable growth, operational excellence, NEBB/TABB compliance, multi-region service delivery, workforce and labor strategy, technician training, quality/control of T&B reporting, financial performance, and client/sales leadership for critical environments.

Manage projects through all five phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Coordinate schedules, budgets, vendors, installations, documentation, payroll entries, and final acceptance. Liaise with site managers, engineers, technicians, procurement, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget system implementations and postmortem closeouts.
