Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts to drive adoption, retention, and value. Lead QBRs and success planning, monitor account health, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, influence renewals/expansions, and provide customer feedback to Product and cross-functional teams.

Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within ~20 Fortune/Global 500 accounts in NYC. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract and renewals, build pipeline, quantify ROI, maintain accurate CRM data, collaborate with SEs, CS, product and marketing, and document customer insights to enable team learning.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and CFO reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Build driver-based models, scenario analysis, and AI-enabled automation in FP&A. Manage a small team, partner with Accounting/Tax/Legal for SOX and IPO readiness, and produce board and investor materials.
