Lead project teams to audit and evaluate insurance products, underwriting practices and vendors. Analyze data, build GCP dashboards and Excel models, identify trends, recommend profitability improvements, collaborate with management and internal audit, conduct investigations, develop policies and procedures, and manage special projects including vendor trials and cost/benefit analysis.

Manage complex Michigan PIP claims from intake to resolution, including coverage analysis, investigations, damage valuation, settlement negotiation, payment approvals, referrals to specialist units, and thorough documentation. Handle catastrophic and MCCA/attorney-represented claims, work with insureds, attorneys, treatment teams and case managers, and ensure compliance with state laws and company claim standards.

Manage Michigan PIP claims from intake to resolution: investigate facts, perform coverage analysis, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, approve payments, document files, refer to other units, and handle MCCA and attorney-represented cases.
