Lead Acosta's Natural Specialty sales organization to drive profitable growth, expand client relationships, secure new business, and develop high-performing teams. Set strategy, financial targets, and execution plans across retail channels; coach leaders; negotiate contracts; deliver business reviews; and ensure client satisfaction and operational discipline.

Represent OtterBox in retail stores by delivering demos, driving sales, and training store associates. Manage a multi-store territory, maintain displays and inventory, build relationships with store teams, and meet sales targets.

Manage integrated partner marketing programs with OEM and chipset partners. Lead partner communication, co-marketing campaign execution, asset/playbook development, cross-functional reviews, and performance reporting to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.
