Manage sourcing, direct sourcing, ATS usage, candidate experience, hiring leader relationships, large-scale staffing initiatives, offer negotiation, and reporting while ensuring legal compliance and continuous process improvement.

Lead and grow the US creative team, oversee all experiential marketing and large-scale B2B corporate events in North America. Inspire and mentor creatives, develop high-impact campaigns, activations, stunts, immersive experiences and conference design, and act as a player/coach contributing to art direction or copy when needed.
