Drive Google Pixel and Fitbit sales within a Best Buy store through direct customer engagement, quota achievement, product demonstrations, and team coaching. Manages assigned natural-channel customer business by driving sales, market share, profitability, and brand objectives. Builds relationships with principals and customers, coordinates retail initiatives, develops sales presentations, analyzes market and pricing data, manages promotional plans and fund balances, and reports competitive activity. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to execute product introductions, selling programs, and account strategies while ensuring client compliance and financial accuracy.

Provides Tier 1 production support for enterprise applications, point-of-sale systems, databases, ETL jobs, and data integrations. Troubleshoots incidents using logs, metrics, traces, and SQL; monitors platform health; documents resolutions; communicates with dealers and internal stakeholders; escalates complex issues; supports testing, deployments, configuration changes, and preventive improvements. Maintains knowledge articles and helps users resolve common operational issues.
