Architect stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic; own LangFuse observability, evaluation, and prompt management; establish standards for RAG and tool calling; partner on secure, reliable enterprise architectures; evaluate AI tooling; mentor engineers; and support customer architecture and roadmap discussions.

Drive enterprise new-business sales for Acquia by developing go-to-market strategies, prospecting C-level stakeholders, building pipeline, negotiating contracts, meeting quota, maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, mentoring BDRs, and growing partner and System Integrator relationships.

The Director of Product Marketing will lead the go-to-market strategy for Acquia Source, focusing on the launch, narrative, sales enablement, and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities include defining buyer journeys, positioning the product, enabling sales and partners, measuring success, and collaborating cross-functionally.
