The Senior Infrastructure Engineer manages hybrid infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of systems, networks, and cloud services while supporting on-premises and global office deployments.

Prospect and qualify new business for mid-market and enterprise accounts using sales and analytics tools. Conduct multi-channel outreach, build relationships with decision-makers, document activity in Salesforce, and create qualified meetings/opportunities to meet territory quotas. Collaborate with AEs, engineers, and customer success while continually learning sales methodologies and tools.

Serve as the technical SME for Vector AI databases, supporting sales with architecture, demos, POCs, competitive analysis, and mentoring SEs. Map customer AI/ML needs to Actian solutions and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success to close enterprise deals.
