Lead technical SaaS customer onboardings: manage project plans, execute implementation phases, troubleshoot HTML/JS/CSS and API integrations, run product demos and training, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-live and client success metrics.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for ActiveProspect's lead management platform. Drive customer discovery, data-driven prioritization, GTM planning, cross-functional execution, and outcome measurement to optimize lead quality, distribution, and ROI.

Manage a portfolio of subscription renewals, prepare quotes and contracts, coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance and Legal, maintain renewal data in CRM, monitor renewal pipeline and forecasting, and deliver responsive customer service to maximize retention and streamline renewal processes.

Act as a technical pre-sales expert to drive deals: lead discovery, design tailored data solutions, run evaluations/tests, analyze large datasets, present ROI to executives, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success.
