Owns customer and business outcomes by designing, shipping, and operating full-stack products across React, Node.js, Python, AWS, batch platforms, and data pipelines. Partners closely with customers, makes product and architecture decisions, builds AI-assisted workflows, ensures reliability and security for sensitive data, and mentors teams as a player-coach technical lead.

Lead the Billing and Revenue team and own the end-to-end order-to-cash process. Oversee billing, revenue recognition under ASC 606, commissions, reconciliations, close activities, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance. Partner with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, and IT to improve processes and systems. Ensure accurate integrations across Salesforce, Zuora, Stripe, and cash accounts while managing accounting professionals and resolving discrepancies.
