Lead the 0-to-1 development and launch of a privacy-compliant publisher data cooperative and its Activate product line. Own strategy, member value exchange, publisher partnerships, tiering, pricing inputs, product roadmaps, governance, and revenue attribution. Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Legal, Privacy, Sales, Finance, and advisors to deliver collection scripts, data feeds, analytics, identity, fraud, and data services while ensuring consent, opt-out, and deletion compliance.

Manage strategic customer and partner accounts in lead generation and performance marketing. Drive platform adoption, ROI, renewals, upsells, and customer retention through success planning, analytics, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Advise clients on lead quality, distribution, consent, compliance, and conversion optimization while maintaining executive relationships and forecasting account growth. Travel up to 25% and mentor other customer success managers.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies for InfutorData, including positioning, pricing, messaging, market intelligence, sales enablement, content, thought leadership, and go-to-market plans. Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap, support launches, analyze performance, and translate customer and competitive insights into strategies that strengthen differentiation, sales effectiveness, adoption, and revenue growth.
