Plan and execute grassroots advocacy and volunteer programs across Central/South Texas. Develop and implement campaign strategies, recruit and train volunteers, manage volunteer fundraising, coordinate events and lobby days, maintain digital outreach, and collaborate with regional and national teams to advance state and federal policy priorities.

Lead and produce sophisticated prospect research to inform fundraising solicitations and donor management. Manage prospect portfolios, verify capacity and contact details, analyze constituent data to identify opportunities, ensure data hygiene with operations teams, provide strategic insights to fundraising partners, and maintain best-practice standards and professional development.

Lead state-level partnerships with Medicaid, Medicare, health plans, and coalitions to advance ACS priorities. Manage strategic account relationships, convene stakeholders, influence policy, provide technical assistance, design outcome-based interventions, and mobilize champions to improve access, quality, and equity in cancer care.
