Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Support conference outreach, follow-up, CRM management, account research, list building, and pipeline hygiene using HubSpot and ZoomInfo. Tailor messaging across healthcare service lines and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and outreach. The role offers a potential path to Account Executive within 12–18 months.

Manages client accounts and Account Manager and AR Specialist teams, ensuring productivity, service quality, collections performance, timely work completion, and client satisfaction. Serves as the primary client contact, resolves escalations, identifies expansion opportunities, supports onboarding, coordinates cross-functional teams, and addresses staffing and training needs. Analyzes operational data, manages multiple projects and deadlines, and promotes employee engagement and company goals.
