Manage ordering, receipt, stocking, and shipping of inventory in a local warehouse; maintain perpetual inventory records (Oracle/Perpetual Inventory), reconcile discrepancies, replenish truck stock, verify shipments, and ensure SOX-compliant documentation and warehouse safety.

Reactivate and re-engage previous customers to sell ADT security, automation, and life-safety solutions. Deliver presentations and proposals, close sales, perform post-installation follow-ups, generate new leads, and build lasting customer relationships within a designated territory.

Monitor residential and small-business alarms, handle inbound/outbound alarm calls, verify incidents, dispatch authorities, contact responsible parties, provide technical support and troubleshooting, resolve account and billing issues, de-escalate customers, document alarm handling, and participate in training and development.
