Own the design vision and execution for experimental AI-powered learning tools co-created with teachers and researchers. Design teacher- and student-facing products, create flows, wireframes, interaction designs, and functional prototypes, and facilitate collaboration across educators, researchers, engineers, and data scientists. Conduct usability testing and validate research hypotheses while navigating ambiguity, data-heavy workflows, and uncertain AI/ML-enabled features.

Lead a four-year neuroscience and future-of-learning R&D program focused on underserved PreK-12 learners. Refine research hypotheses, launch funding opportunities, build cross-sector partnerships, manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio and budget, hire and lead a team, develop measurement infrastructure, and translate scientific findings into equitable education applications. The role requires inclusive collaboration with students, educators, researchers, and communities, along with the ability to evaluate evidence, pivot strategies, and drive breakthrough outcomes.
