The role also provides technical direction, mentors analysts, supports portfolio planning, and partners with IT leadership and business stakeholders to deliver healthcare technology improvements.

Leads enterprise medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and clinical well-being benefits strategy. Oversees plan design, population health initiatives, pharmacy programs, vendor relationships, compliance, financial analysis, RFPs, negotiations, implementations, and organizational transformations. Partners with executives on strategic recommendations, manages regulatory requirements, and builds high-performing benefits teams.
