Leads architectural design for commercial, industrial, logistics, and interiors projects. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, oversees drawings, specifications, reports, and code compliance, supports client presentations and design reviews, and helps deliver projects on schedule and budget. Requires architectural design expertise, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools, knowledge of building codes and sustainability, and Texas licensure or the ability to obtain it within one year.

Leads the strategy, governance, delivery, risk, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement for large, complex programs. Directs senior multidisciplinary leaders, establishes delivery and assurance frameworks, champions innovation and continuous improvement, develops program-management talent, supports succession planning, and contributes to business development and industry engagement. The role may require relocation to Dallas, Texas, after a suitable program is awarded.

Lead electrical and instrumentation and controls CAD design for power generation and industrial projects. Oversee deliverables, complex CAD tasks, 3D modeling, data integration, bills of materials, quantity takeoffs, standards, quality checks, schedules, budgets, and remote CAD teams. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, customers, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams from feasibility through construction support. Participate in proposals, meetings, and occasional travel.
