Serve as owners representative for baggage handling system projects—leading planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, submittal review, field inspections, and project reporting to deliver airport BHS capital improvements on schedule and per contract.

Design and support electrical components of renewable energy and BESS projects including PV and storage system sizing, equipment specifications, interconnection, power distribution, modeling, cost estimation, construction drawings, and commissioning. Work across project lifecycle and present at meetings; occasional travel required.

Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects through all phases, including pre-construction and closeout. Oversee multiple project managers, coordinate regulatory approvals, support RFQ and proposal processes, assist selection of progressive design-build teams, develop program/design criteria, and verify budgets and schedules.
