Lead Aethers EU commercial expansion for FDM 3D printing and advanced materials across aerospace, defense, transportation and industrial sectors. Build strategic partnerships, map the EU ecosystem, drive pilots/PoCs and long-cycle technical sales, engage government agencies and research bodies, scope technical workstreams with scientists, manage pipeline, and align cross-functional teams to move prototypes toward qualification and deployment.

The Business Development Manager will lead revenue growth, develop pipelines, and engage with technical buyers to close complex deals across various industries.
