Provides inbound phone support for insurance customers, including policy servicing, updates, billing inquiries, account maintenance, and general questions. Documents interactions, researches concerns, navigates multiple systems, follows compliance and quality standards, and transfers customers to licensed agents when needed. This work-from-home role requires reliable attendance, a distraction-free workspace, wired cable or fiber internet, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Handles inbound calls from warm leads, assesses customers’ insurance needs, explains products and disclosures, closes sales, and identifies upselling opportunities. Resolves insurance and service inquiries while delivering personalized customer support. The role includes paid training for state licensing, requires full-time shift availability, and is performed remotely using multiple systems and a private workspace.

Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements to recover funds from uninsured motorists and involved parties. Investigate claims, evaluate recovery opportunities, review case files, research applicable regulations and state laws, locate parties, document activities, maintain compliance, and deliver positive customer service while maximizing recoveries for clients.
