Teams at AfterShip

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, leading platform setup, configuration, migrations, troubleshooting, API-related support, and ongoing application operations. Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to resolve complex issues, communicate platform updates, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support onboarding, renewals, and customer success.

Leads the research agenda across multiple product areas, independently planning and executing qualitative and quantitative studies. Translates insights into product and business strategies, influences executive decisions, mentors researchers, establishes research quality standards, and identifies emerging user and business opportunities. Collaborates with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Product Marketing teams in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Own end-to-end user research for AfterShip product areas, translating merchant and shopper behaviors into actionable product direction. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, manage research plans amid ambiguity, align stakeholders, communicate insights to product teams and leadership, and track research impact on business outcomes. The role requires autonomy in a remote, distributed environment, collaboration across global time zones, and mentoring other researchers.
