Lead the data science strategy for deployed humanoid robots: build predictive maintenance and reliability models, drive fleet performance and RaaS economics analysis, develop anomaly detection and RCA tooling, link manufacturing test data to field outcomes, and set instrumentation, experimentation, and data-quality standards across hardware, software, manufacturing, and operations.

The Director of AI will lead AI and machine learning initiatives, develop AI architecture for humanoid robots, oversee production-ready AI systems, and manage team growth and budget.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end calibration systems for perception sensors and robot kinematics. Build algorithms, fixtures, on-fixture software, data pipelines, validation, operator workflows, and fleet monitoring. Own fixture software and in-field self-check/recalibration, define downstream manufacturing requirements, and coordinate with vendors and contract manufacturers. Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent for calibration work.
