Lead design, deployment, and evolution of the enterprise PLM ecosystem (Windchill/Creo/Jama). Own data models, workflows, BOM/ECO processes, and integrations with ERP/MES. Define PLM standards, lead upgrades/migrations, mentor analysts, and report KPIs to drive adoption and data quality across engineering, manufacturing, and IT.

Senior counsel role supporting commercial contracting and deal execution for humanoid robotics: draft and negotiate customer, pilot, supply, manufacturing, and licensing agreements; advise on IP, export control, risk allocation, and insurance; support 0->1 launches; develop templates and playbooks; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

The role involves managing complex robotics projects, integrating hardware and software, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product commercialization while providing mentorship and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
