Designs and maintains the enterprise identity and access management ecosystem for Texas Department of Public Safety. Responsibilities include implementing SAML and OIDC identity provider frameworks, SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation, application integrations, RBAC, access certifications, SailPoint IGA, and privileged access management. The engineer also troubleshoots provisioning and connectivity issues, supports IAM infrastructure, documents technical processes, and collaborates with security and IT teams.

Supports Texas Workforce Commission technology initiatives through business and systems analysis. Documents functional, technical, accessibility, and security requirements; develops user stories, process maps, conceptual and object models, use cases, and architecture diagrams. Creates and executes test cases, ensures requirements traceability, supports legacy-system interfaces, facilitates cross-functional workshops, and assists with project lifecycle artifacts.

Supports Texas Workforce Commission technology initiatives by gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, documenting processes and specifications, facilitating stakeholder workshops, coordinating user acceptance testing, identifying software defects, and working with technical leads on solutions. The role manages requirements across multiple program areas, supports legacy-system interfaces, contributes to project lifecycle artifacts, and works independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
