Maintain routing, switching, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, secure segmentation, network diagrams, monitoring, asset inventory, and change management. Coordinate carriers, vendors, and internal teams; support procurement, migrations, vulnerability remediation, incident fact-gathering, and occasional after-hours maintenance in a hybrid, high-assurance IT environment.

Support operations for a large public and fleet EV charging network: process rebates and incentives, verify compliance, validate data, generate reports, support outreach and customer-facing program education, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve EV operations and customer experience.
