Manage and execute QA testing for modernization of workers' compensation systems. Plan and monitor test activities, oversee UAT, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing, review test results, create test strategies and scripts, coordinate test data and schedules, evaluate automated QA tools, and mentor testing staff while working within an Agile scrum team and with TDI leadership.

Monitor, analyze, and operationalize threat intelligence; triage alerts and create incidents; administer threat intelligence platforms and feed ingestion; integrate intelligence with SIEM and ServiceNow; distribute CVE advisories; produce reports and briefings; support incident response, remediation, and intelligence-driven forecasting.

Lead QA strategy, governance, and execution for a large EHR SaaS implementation. Oversee data migration/ETL validation, functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; manage defects, test artifacts, vendor coordination, and reporting to ensure clinical, regulatory, and project delivery standards are met.
