Lead the full sales cycle for Airwallex’s SME and growth customers, from prospecting through negotiation, closing, onboarding, and early customer success. Sell payments, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management solutions to ecommerce, SaaS, professional services, and technology-enabled businesses. Generate pipeline, exceed revenue targets, provide consultative and technical guidance, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate cross-functionally, attend industry events, and improve scalable sales processes.

Lead and develop a US SDR team to generate and qualify SME-to-Growth pipeline. Hire, coach, and manage performance; optimize SDR-to-AE handoffs, training, and quality control to meet sales metrics.

Research potential clients, conduct outreach across email, phone, and social media, understand prospect needs, present Airwallex solutions, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for Account Executives. The role includes partnering with AEs to close accounts and offers training for career progression in sales.
