Manage day-to-day procurement activities including issuing and tracking POs, sourcing routine goods/services, resolving invoice discrepancies, maintaining vendor and purchasing records, supporting contract review and negotiations for routine/mid-tier agreements, and serving as Workday power user for P2P data integrity, configuration, testing, and end-user support.

Lead commercial operations by owning Salesforce platform, sales processes, governance, and cross-functional workflows. Build onboarding, playbooks, territory frameworks, reporting, and performance scorecards. Drive process automation, policy and territory governance, and partner with Analytics to translate business needs into reports and system requirements.

Manage and govern Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ including product catalog, pricing, quoting, billing, and subscription management. Build product/pricing rules, automate quote-to-order, ensure revenue recognition compliance, and document architecture. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal, train end users, support deal desk workflows, and produce pipeline/revenue reporting. Travel up to 15%.

Build and maintain enterprise data platform and ETL/ELT pipelines, design and deploy data models, ensure data quality and governance, integrate third-party sources, and support analytics and AI initiatives across the organization.

Design, optimize, integrate, and support enterprise radiology workflows across RIS and PACS (Royal Health, eRAD). Standardize order-to-billing processes, manage procedure catalogs and scheduling rules, identify and remediate workflow bottlenecks, lead migrations and go-lives, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure interoperability and revenue-cycle alignment (HL7, DICOM, CPT/ICD-10).

Analyze, track, and report revenue activities; prepare revenue reconciliations and journal entries; support monthly close and variance analysis; collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility, obtain referrals/authorizations, load precertification approvals into the EMR, index records, coordinate coverage issues with internal teams, and ensure high customer service. Complete background check and drug screen as condition of hire.

Lead design, governance, and administration of enterprise interoperability systems for radiology. Build and maintain interfaces, transformations, and HealthShare/IRIS engines; manage DICOM, HL7, FHIR, CCD/CDA, JSON/XML workflows; implement deployment automation; document specs and test plans; architect integrations between RIS, PACS, and EHRs while supporting patient identity/MPI management and compliance.
