Serves as a strategic HR partner to leaders and employees across multiple subsidiary companies. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, workforce planning, organizational change, recruiting support, employment-law and OSHA compliance, and employee experience initiatives. The role collaborates with Recruiting, Learning and Development, Compensation, and HR Operations while maintaining confidentiality and supporting a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Own partner-driven revenue growth across an assigned region by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and developing service providers. Build joint growth plans, manage partner accounts, accelerate opportunities, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, support strategic enterprise deals, conduct business reviews, maintain Salesforce data, and communicate partner feedback. The role requires significant field travel and collaboration with service provider leaders, account executives, and customer decision-makers.

Own revenue growth, expansion, and partner development across assigned accounts. Build joint growth plans with Service Providers, recruit and enable partners, lead business reviews, accelerate partner-led opportunities, and coordinate resolution of revenue-impacting issues. Maintain Salesforce pipeline and account data, provide performance insights, support strategic enterprise opportunities, and relay partner feedback to internal teams. The role requires significant customer and partner engagement and travel up to 50%.
