Lead and scale the pre-sales technical function: own technical discovery, scope integrations/migrations and binding estimates, manage RFPs/security questionnaires and SOWs, define pre-to-post-sales handoff, build playbooks/templates, and hire and lead a solutions engineering team aligned with scientific and engineering partners.

Lead identification, design, and delivery of production-grade agentic solutions that automate non-judgment work. Own opportunity backlog, scope and build prompts, skills, and multi-step workflows, drive adoption through training and change management, partner with systems teams to resolve data/integration gaps, and influence stakeholders from ICs to C-suite to maximize business impact.

Build and scale Albert's talent acquisition function: own candidate experience, design ATS workflows and sourcing frameworks, deploy recruiting automation and AI tools, lead outbound technical sourcing, ensure compliant structured interviewing, and partner with executives and global teams to hire across US, Germany, India, and Japan.
