Owns Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan and OKR performance management, driving accountability, execution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Leads annual and mid-year planning cycles, refines the planning playbook, and prepares data-driven Quarterly Business Review materials. Partners with senior leaders and teams across Analytics, Field, Product, and other departments to coordinate dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Leads the architecture, design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Defines technical roadmaps, architectural standards, build plans, release strategies, and specifications. Manages integrations, data governance, technical issue resolution, quality assurance, and change control. Collaborates with business stakeholders, project teams, and third-party partners while mentoring developers and guiding teams on Salesforce custom development, APIs, middleware, database design, and DevOps practices.

Manages and negotiates network participation agreements with national and regional health plans, including new contracts, renewals, and amendments. Oversees contract lifecycle activities, deliverables, documentation, compliance risks, rate analyses, and performance metrics. Builds relationships with payer stakeholders and collaborates with internal teams to execute agreements. Requires strong healthcare contracting, analytics, risk assessment, communication, and project management skills.
