Designs, develops, integrates, and maintains scalable Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, Experience, and custom platforms. Builds Apex, LWC, Flow, and API-based solutions; troubleshoots data synchronization and system issues; supports CI/CD, testing, monitoring, code reviews, and release management. Collaborates with Data Engineering, Security, and Finance teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions within Salesforce platform limits.

Advise healthcare, product, engineering, and business teams on privacy, HIPAA, data protection, and emerging AI regulations. Own privacy workstreams, review privacy provisions in agreements, support policies and training, manage incidents and regulatory inquiries, monitor legal developments, and partner with compliance, security, and IT teams on risk-based solutions.

Manages end-to-end product and program launches, coordinating Product, Business, Legal, and Field teams. Develops enablement assets, release communications, training, and knowledge-base content using AI tools. Recruits practices for beta testing, manages eligibility, gathers feedback, tracks project execution, and socializes releases across customer channels. Requires healthcare technology experience, primary care workflow knowledge, value-based care familiarity, strong consultation and presentation skills, and the ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives remotely.
