Manage AlertMedia’s strategic advisory partnerships from agreement negotiation through renewal and expansion. Leads and develops Enterprise Customer Account Directors responsible for strategic account growth, retention, renewals, and expansion revenue. Coaches teams on executive engagement, account planning, forecasting, negotiations, product adoption, and customer success. Partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer outcomes, and revenue retention. The role also recruits and develops talent, manages executive customer relationships, and travels approximately 20–25%.

Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, career architecture, leveling, and compensation implementation. Analyze workforce metrics, coach leaders, conduct investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and use AI tools to improve HR processes and decision-making. Collaborate across People, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams in a fast-growing technology company.

Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, measurement, and go-to-market enablement for new AI capabilities supporting critical-event response workflows. Conduct customer research, define problems and success metrics, partner with Engineering and Design, prototype with AI tools, prioritize initiatives, and launch scalable workflow automation for security, safety, continuity, IT, and operations teams.

Own the Social Intelligence product roadmap from customer discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and go-to-market enablement. Translate security practitioner needs into product requirements, prioritize initiatives, partner with Engineering and Design, prototype with AI tools, analyze outcomes, and train customer-facing teams. The role requires operational experience in security, intelligence, threat assessment, executive protection, law enforcement, military, or comparable fields, plus hands-on open-source threat intelligence expertise.

Own and govern AlertMedia’s financial systems ecosystem, including NetSuite, Zone Billing, Workato integrations, data flows, reporting, and reconciliation. Lead finance systems implementations, improve workflow reliability, maintain controls, and partner cross-functionally on scalable solutions. Design AI-enabled automation using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to reduce manual work and improve process performance. Investigate data issues, manage vendors, translate business requirements, and drive continuous improvement across Finance Operations.

Owns end-to-end financial planning and forecasting, including ARR forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and variance reporting. Partners with business leaders, Accounting, and the Controller to explain financial drivers, improve forecast accuracy, support close activities, and prepare board reporting. The role requires advanced Excel modeling, SaaS financial expertise, AI tool usage, NetSuite familiarity, and strong analytical skills.

Own the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting function, including ARR forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and monthly reforecasting. Deliver budget-to-actual variance analysis, business-driver insights, board reporting, and financial narratives. Partner with business leaders, Accounting, and the Controller while improving forecasting accuracy, reporting workflows, and process efficiency.

Own revenue accounting for a SaaS business, including ASC 606 analysis, monthly close, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, SSP methodology, NetSuite ARM, reporting, audits, controls, and technical accounting memos. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, Billing Operations, and Finance to structure compliant contracts, resolve complex revenue issues, improve processes, and scale revenue systems.

Own revenue accounting for a SaaS business, including ASC 606 contract analysis, monthly revenue close, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, SSP methodology, financial reporting, audits, controls, and technical accounting memoranda. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, Billing Operations, and Finance to structure compliant agreements. Improve automation and scalability within NetSuite ARM and revenue processes while analyzing MRR, ARR, and revenue trends.

Own and optimize the finance systems ecosystem (NetSuite, billing, integrations). Lead integrations (Workato), implement FinOps projects, build AI-enabled automations, ensure data reliability, governance, and cross-functional process improvements supporting Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, and Sales Ops.
