Designs and improves security controls across software, applications, CI/CD workflows, and AWS infrastructure. Strengthens monitoring, detection, and incident response; supports SOC 2 and ISO audits; and advises Engineering, Sales, Legal, and enterprise customers on security architecture and compliance. The role requires hands-on cloud security expertise, application security knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to lead customer security reviews and technical discussions.

Monitor and analyze geopolitical, political, security, protest, labor, migration, and other emerging risks across the Americas. Use OSINT and multiple intelligence sources to validate information, identify potential impacts, and produce timely alerts, assessments, situation reports, and recurring intelligence briefs. The role requires independent regional portfolio management, sound judgment under uncertainty, clear communication, and collaboration within a 24/7 global intelligence team.

Leads and develops Enterprise Customer Account Directors responsible for strategic account growth, retention, renewals, and expansion revenue. Coaches teams on executive engagement, account planning, forecasting, negotiations, product adoption, and customer success. Partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer outcomes, and revenue retention. The role also recruits and develops talent, manages executive customer relationships, and travels approximately 20–25%.
