Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and live chat; triage and manage tickets, resolve product and account issues, escalate complex cases, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences during the 3:00pm–11:00pm CST shift.

Design and implement security controls across application and AWS infrastructure, strengthen monitoring and incident response, integrate security into CI/CD, support SOC 2/ISO audits, lead enterprise customer security reviews, and advise product, sales, and legal on security risks and requirements.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and phone outreach to generate qualified leads, partnering with Account Executives to set demos and grow sales pipeline. Become an expert in AlertMedia, collaborate with marketing, use consultative selling to demonstrate product value, and manage CRM activities while meeting quotas.
