Monitor global incidents using multiple source tools to identify threats affecting business continuity. Evaluate and prioritize events per criteria, communicate timely, accurate updates to customers, and maintain/expand intelligence sources. Work assigned shifts and collaborate with the Global Intelligence team to ensure effective 24/7 coverage.

Monitor and analyze events and risks across the Americas using OSINT and intelligence tradecraft. Produce timely alerts, situation reports, and weekly briefs; validate sources, assess impacts to operations and employee safety, and collaborate to refine collection and analytic processes. Own a regional portfolio and escalate significant developments.
