Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits consulting engagements from requirements gathering and process mapping through configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization. Advise clients on benefits design, eligibility, rates, life events, enrollment flows, payroll integrations, and third-party vendor files. Manage deliverables, risks, timelines, and client relationships while serving as a subject matter expert. Mentor junior consultants and improve delivery methodologies.

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional consulting engagements focused on Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler. Responsibilities include guiding clients through implementations, mapping processes, gathering requirements, configuring functionality, supporting testing, managing deliverables, advising customers, and mentoring junior consultants. The role requires an active Oracle Time & Labor certification, at least four years as a functional lead, and five full-cycle Oracle Cloud OTL or Absence implementations.
