Capture requirements, perform gap analysis, configure system, build reports (OTBI, BIP, FDI, SQL), run testing and training, facilitate design sessions, ensure integrations, and support project execution through go-live and production support.

Lead design and implementation of Oracle analytics and data warehouse solutions (FAIDP, ADW, OAC). Build data augmentations, semantic models, ETL/integration, dashboards, and documentation. Mentor analysts and deliver client-facing analytics solutions.

Lead enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, and delivery across Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud. Design scalable reporting frameworks, govern report inventories, lead Oracle Fusion and EPM reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, Narrative Reporting, FRS, Smart View), mentor teams, run workshops, and support pre-sales and transformation initiatives for executive, financial, and regulatory reporting.

Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Compensation solutions. Facilitate requirements workshops, translate business needs into scalable configurations, support integrations, develop specifications for reports and dashboards, coordinate technical teams, and manage project timelines, risks, and testing cycles.

Design, govern, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for clients. Lead discovery and architecture workshops, produce architecture and integration designs, mentor developers, and remain hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and CI/CD throughout implementations from discovery to production support.
