Coordinate global delivery teams, client stakeholders, Oracle account managers, business process owners, and technical and functional workstreams to ensure successful go-live outcomes.

Lead enterprise MuleSoft and API management initiatives by designing, implementing, securing, deploying, and governing integrations across SAP, ERP, cloud, on-premise, hybrid, SaaS, and legacy environments. Develop API specifications, layered API architectures, integration flows, and technical diagrams. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to distributed teams while ensuring scalable solutions and adherence to integration best practices.

Designs and governs scalable Salesforce architectures for diverse clients. Leads discovery sessions, architecture workshops, integrations, security and data modeling, documentation, implementation planning, deployment, and production support. Provides technical leadership, mentors developers and consultants, establishes standards, and participates in reviews. Remains hands-on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development using Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs, and automation tools while supporting enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live.
