Provides financial analysis and decision support to operating leadership through management reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation. Leads planning processes, interprets financial results, identifies trends and outliers, partners with IT on financial systems, and implements process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Manages service delivery for large commercial insurance accounts, supports producers with renewals and new business, markets and negotiates coverage, prepares proposals, binds policies, reviews contracts, assists with claims, resolves billing issues, and maintains accurate agency management records. Provides client service, technical guidance, and retention support while ensuring licensing and continuing education requirements are met.

Leads crop insurance marketing, including analyzing exposures, developing renewal and new business specifications, obtaining and negotiating carrier quotes, reviewing coverage, preparing proposals, binding policies, and supporting producer-led growth. Manages relationships with carriers, wholesalers, and vendors; assists with client retention and meetings; maintains accurate agency data; and mentors staff. Requires an insurance license, continuing education, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least eight years of related experience.
