Translate business needs into technical solutions, run discovery and experiments, define success metrics, create capability roadmaps, align stakeholders across claims, telematics, analytics, product, and engineering, and mentor junior architects to improve claim outcomes and operational performance.

Investigate and verify facts for automobile claims, evaluate coverage, liability and damages, determine subrogation or fraud potential, negotiate settlements, and provide customer service for basic to advanced auto claims in a fully remote role.
