Own and optimize end-to-end recruiting workflows, administer and scale the recruiting tech stack, ensure data integrity and reporting, enable recruiters and hiring managers through training and playbooks, and partner cross-functionally on capacity, headcount, and integrations to improve hiring speed and quality.

The Account Executive will drive new business sales across Financial Services, manage the sales pipeline, conduct demos, and build relationships with clients, while exceeding revenue targets.

Own and evolve AlphaSense's structured financial data taxonomy, define label conventions and governance, collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable, production-ready data structures, ensure AI/LLM compatibility, document standards, resolve onboarding inconsistencies, and build repeatable taxonomy frameworks for future growth.
