The Customer Experience Representative engages collectors, providing assistance via chat, email, and phone support. They resolve inquiries, document interactions, collaborate with teams, and gather feedback to improve customer experience.

Build and own Alt's accounting function: run end-to-end monthly close, convert to full US GAAP accrual, own revenue recognition and chart of accounts, manage external audit and tax compliance, handle AP/AR and reconciliations, integrate GL with source data (Snowflake), manage outsourced accounting and scale the team over time.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, build creative sourcing strategies for niche profiles, deliver exceptional candidate experience, run and optimize Greenhouse, leverage AI (Claude) across the funnel, partner with hiring managers, use pipeline data to improve time-to-fill, and help grow employer brand in collectibles, fintech, and marketplace communities.
