Provides program-level planning, scheduling, forecasting, and schedule analysis for a U.S. Navy maritime support program. Maintains the Integrated Master Schedule, evaluates dependencies, milestones, critical paths, risks, resource needs, and schedule performance, and develops recovery plans. Coordinates inputs across project management, maintenance, supply chain, logistics, procurement, OEM, and technical stakeholders. Prepares status updates, forecasts, reports, leadership briefings, and customer meeting materials while maintaining schedule documentation and supporting scenario planning.

Develop and support full-stack software using C#, .NET Core, ReactJS, MVC, LINQ, REST APIs, and SQL Server. Responsibilities include designing, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and upgrading applications; maintaining data feeds and interfaces; participating in software reviews; supporting continuous improvement; and collaborating with internal and external customers. The role is remote within the United States, requires US citizenship, may require security clearance eligibility, and may involve 5% travel.

Conducts enterprise cyber risk assessments across networking, cloud, endpoints, identity, software, vendors, and AI development. Translates technical and residual risk into decision-ready recommendations for business and technical leadership. Partners with Compliance to align risk treatment across frameworks, evaluates architecture and certification boundaries, improves assessment methodologies and reporting, and monitors the evolving cyber, regulatory, and threat landscape. This remote role requires U.S. citizenship and travel up to 25%.

Administers subcontracts from proposal solicitation through award, performance monitoring, payment approval, and closeout. Prepares RFP packages, bid tabulations, contract terms, and subcontract documents; coordinates with project teams, clients, and contractors; tracks deliverables and compliance; and negotiates contract variances. Requires adherence to FAR, DEAR, and project procedures, strong communication and attention to detail, and safe work practices in office and industrial environments.

Supervises Applicant Support Center operations, staff scheduling, biometrics and IDP processes, reporting, training, customer service, safety, security, facility maintenance, inventory, and records administration. The role provides employee guidance, coordinates with regional leadership and USCIS personnel, maintains operational capacity and supplies, and performs receptionist, Biometrics Technician, and IDP duties as needed.

The Senior Pricing Manager oversees pricing strategies, proposal development, budget analysis, and compliance to achieve corporate objectives and manage a team.

The HSE Specialist will ensure safety compliance, lead safety assessments for R&D projects, and document safety reviews. Requires collaboration with researchers and technicians.
