Conducts enterprise cyber risk assessments across networking, cloud, endpoints, identity, software, vendors, and AI development. Translates technical and residual risk into decision-ready recommendations for business and technical leadership. Partners with Compliance to align risk treatment across frameworks, evaluates architecture and certification boundaries, improves assessment methodologies and reporting, and monitors the evolving cyber, regulatory, and threat landscape. This remote role requires U.S. citizenship and travel up to 25%.

Designs, deploys, optimizes, and supports Microsoft 365 and enterprise identity environments, including Exchange, Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, IAM workflows, security, compliance, governance, and hybrid identity. The role troubleshoots complex issues, develops PowerShell automation, manages access controls and lifecycle processes, supports audits and incident response, monitors reliability, and partners with infrastructure, security, and application teams. U.S. citizenship and remote U.S. work eligibility are required.

Provides advanced administrative and executive support, including office coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, reports, expense processing, meeting support, and cross-department follow-up. The role also involves confidential work, document preparation, inventory and storeroom coordination, purchasing or subcontracting support, CMMS use, and process improvement. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, professional communication, flexibility for overtime or weekends, and occasional travel.
