Manage knowledge assets, communications, and training to enable business development and proposal teams. Maintain SharePoint and KM platforms, curate proposal artifacts and templates, coordinate training and change adoption, develop communications and onboarding materials, and measure engagement and adoption outcomes to drive growth enablement.

Lead and manage end-to-end proposal development for federal solicitations, ensuring compliance, strategy, schedule, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, run Pink/Red Team reviews, oversee production/submission, mentor junior staff, and support capture and business development. Maintain FAR/DFARS compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the Insider Risk Program: develop policies, detect and investigate insider threats, partner with Cybersecurity and cross-functional teams, oversee mitigations, reporting, training, and compliance with government requirements.
