Leads enterprise technology strategy, portfolio roadmaps, modernization, resilience, security, governance, financial stewardship, vendor performance, and operational excellence. Directs cross-organization initiatives, ensures delivery and regulatory compliance, manages budgets and risks, and develops high-performing technology leadership teams. The role oversees adherence to architecture, SDLC, ITIL, Agile, disaster recovery, NERC CIP, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls while improving reliability, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Conduct end-to-end digital forensic and insider-threat investigations, acquire and analyze evidence, maintain forensic tools, document policies, manage cases, and prepare findings for technical, executive, HR, Legal, Ethics, and Physical Security stakeholders. Serve as a technical subject matter expert for insider threat, DLP, and cyber investigations while supporting risk-reduction initiatives, root-cause analysis, and post-incident lessons learned.

Leads AEP’s Advanced Threat Mitigation team responsible for cyber threat monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, threat hunting, intelligence integration, and advanced defense operations across IT, OT, cloud, and business environments. Oversees staffing, performance, operational readiness, detection effectiveness, incident escalation, cyber exercises, automation, analytics, technology strategy, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with cybersecurity teams, business stakeholders, vendors, government agencies, utilities, and critical infrastructure partners to reduce cyber risk and strengthen defensive capabilities.
