Lead development, filing, and management of major state and federal regulatory filings (including FERC). Provide strategy, accurate schedules, witness identification, testimony development, regulatory analysis, and cross-company coordination. Support operating companies, develop teams, and provide functional supervision on projects.

Monitor, configure, investigate, and respond to data protection and loss prevention events across endpoint, cloud, email, network, and removable media environments. Develop and implement DLP policies, data classification strategies, encryption controls, and software remediation. Troubleshoot security technologies, support compliance with NERC CIP, HIPAA, SOX, and privacy requirements, produce reports, assist with phishing simulations, collaborate across teams, and participate in on-call incident response.

Administer and engineer enterprise SolarWinds monitoring platforms, including upgrades, troubleshooting, high availability, network device monitoring, alerting, dashboards, reporting, and ServiceNow/CMDB integrations. Develop PowerShell automation for onboarding, inventory, reporting, and lifecycle management. Support critical infrastructure operations, incident response, compliance, architecture, modernization, and disaster recovery initiatives while collaborating with network, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
