Advise corporate clients on domestic and international business travel, researching options and arranging air, road, rail, and hotel bookings through Sabre. Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations, provide proactive telephone service, resolve customer and supplier issues, protect traveler information, and collaborate with teammates through coaching and feedback.

Leads product strategy, technology roadmaps, delivery governance, compliance, and operational performance for the Defense & Government portfolio. Partners across product, engineering, infrastructure, legal, commercial, and customer teams to meet government contracts and FedRAMP requirements. Reports portfolio progress and risk to executives, develops product managers and analysts, manages vendor relationships, supports government contracting and RFP activities, and engages government customers and strategic partners.

Coordinate pharmaceutical congresses and client programs from planning through execution. Manage timelines, schedules, speakers, registrations, travel, event materials, vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, billing, compliance, and client communications. Develop agendas and operational plans, lead status meetings, evaluate event outcomes, and recommend improvements. The role requires at least three years of meetings and events experience, pharmaceutical event exposure, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and up to 30% travel.
