The Senior Consulting Manager will lead client engagements to optimize travel and expense programs, driving stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and effective communication across diverse business areas.

Serve as primary client liaison and lead end-to-end meeting and event programs from contract execution through final billing. Source and negotiate suppliers, manage logistics, budgets, registration, travel, and VIP/C-level programs, run status meetings, ensure compliance and documentation, and perform post-event evaluation and process improvements.

Serve as primary client liaison and lead for assigned pharmaceutical congresses, managing ancillary meeting spaces, AV, catering, contracts, site inspections, program timelines, and on-site execution. Use program management systems for end-to-end program delivery, maintain records and financial forecasting, coordinate registration/air/DMC/vendors, conduct status meetings and debriefs, and support continuous improvement. Travel up to 40%.
