Senior individual-contributor embedded firmware engineer supporting firmware execution, HAL/driver integration, RTOS and bootloader work, test automation and HIL, reliability and release hygiene, partnering on deliveries, and expanding firmware ownership across product lines.

The Assistant Controller owns monthly financial close, audit-ready reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis. The role supports audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, EBITDA normalization, process improvements, and accounting system enhancements. It partners with the Controller and CFO in a growth-stage environment and mentors junior accounting staff. The position is hybrid in Austin, with three office days weekly.

Owner of hardware sustaining and PLM for field-deployed products: manage Arena PLM, BOM/ECO, obsolescence, EOL mitigation, and cost-reduction. Provide manufacturing test backup, execute directed schematic/BOM/support tasks, collaborate with operations, procurement, quality, firmware, mechanical and test teams to resolve field issues and maintain controlled releases.
