Analyzes performance metrics and training needs, consults with business leaders, identifies root causes, recommends performance interventions, facilitates learning labs and instructor-led training, coaches managers, supports change management, evaluates training effectiveness, and manages multiple improvement projects.

Represent AIUS at onsite and virtual corporate engagement events to drive student growth; support account managers and director; track and optimize marketing effectiveness; promote webinars/workshops; build client relationships and provide high customer service; maintain Salesforce records; travel up to 80%; perform other duties as assigned.
