Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles during a 16-week contract. Responsibilities include sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring-manager partnership, feedback collection, offer management, references, onboarding handoff, ATS maintenance, pipeline reporting, and documented search transitions.

Leads acquisition closing and transition activities from post-LOI through the first 30 days of ownership. Manages cross-functional project plans, diligence, closing deliverables, Day 1 readiness, financial and operational transition planning, risk escalation, closing mechanics, documentation, and post-close stabilization. Coordinates legal, finance, technology, people, and business operations while improving scalable playbooks and systems. Requires substantial travel and collaboration with sellers, advisors, executives, and portfolio teams.

Own monthly close and portfolio-level reporting across multiple operating companies. Build standardized accounting processes, controls, integration playbooks, and technology workflows for acquisitions. Manage reconciliations, accruals, financial analyses, and internal controls while partnering with operator-CEOs on performance. Support audit, tax, treasury, and payroll activities; hire and develop Portfolio Accountants; and continuously improve accounting operations across an acquisitive portfolio.
