Three-year rotational entry-level engineering program focused on roadway design and project delivery. Manage traffic and transportation design projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scopes, schedules, budgets, financials, quality, and deliverables. Manage the design components of large-scale transportation design-build projects from procurement through final design. Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, contractors, clients, schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality control, scope changes, agency compliance, and permitting. Support proposal development and pursuit strategies while mentoring junior staff and fostering collaboration.

Leads and expands a Texas forensic engineering practice, overseeing structural investigations, facility assessments, failure analyses, technical reporting, client relationships, business development, and project profitability. The role mentors and recruits engineers, manages quality initiatives, supports strategic planning, and drives practice growth. Requires field investigations at client sites, including roofs, scaffolding, crawl spaces, and other difficult-access areas.
