Leads a specialized traffic design team, overseeing project execution, technical quality, workload planning, staff development, and client-focused delivery. Reviews plans, specifications, and reports for compliance with TXDOT, AASHTO, municipal, and company standards. Provides mentorship, coordinates resources with project managers and engineers, supports process improvements, and contributes to business development and proposals.

Three-year rotational entry-level engineering program focused on roadway design and project delivery. Participants will develop roadway alignments, typical sections, site assessments, engineering reports, construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD, design calculations, and cost estimates. Projects include roundabouts, urban and rural roads, and interstate improvements. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits and provides training, mentorship, regional project exposure, and cross-office experience.

Leads complex architecture and engineering proposal pursuits, including RFP responses, qualification documents, presentations, strategy meetings, and proposal quality reviews. Advises and mentors proposal coordinators, manages team workloads, supports hiring and training, conducts market and competitor research, and improves proposal processes. Collaborates with executives, technical staff, and teaming partners to develop compelling, compliant proposals and strengthen win strategies.
