Three-year rotational entry-level engineering program focused on roadway design and project delivery. Participants will develop roadway alignments, typical sections, site assessments, engineering reports, construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD, design calculations, and cost estimates. Projects include roundabouts, urban and rural roads, and interstate improvements. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits and provides training, mentorship, regional project exposure, and cross-office experience.

Manage traffic and transportation design projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scopes, schedules, budgets, financials, quality, and deliverables. Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, subconsultants, reviewing agencies, and DOTs. Serve as the primary client contact, maintain relationships, mentor technical staff, and support business development and proposals. Ensure projects meet applicable standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Leads complex architecture and engineering proposal pursuits, including RFP responses, qualification documents, presentations, strategy meetings, and proposal quality reviews. Advises and mentors proposal coordinators, manages team workloads, supports hiring and training, conducts market and competitor research, and improves proposal processes. Collaborates with executives, technical staff, and teaming partners to develop compelling, compliant proposals and strengthen win strategies.
