Processes customer orders, quotations, product inquiries, inventory checks, and order updates. Communicates with customers, sales staff, supervisors, and vendors; maintains customer records; researches products and pricing; verifies incoming products; allocates inventory costs; transfers stock; handles clerical duties; and follows up on overdue invoices.
